She did, yes. And there is the existing bujold-spoilers list
on Yahoo. While I know some people will not deal with a
Yahoo list, it's hard for me to believe that if a second
list would work, the bujold-spoilers list wouldn't show some
signs of a discussion breaking out. Despite attempts by
a few people, though, there's nothing happening over there.
My feeling is that splitting the discussion between two
lists won't be very successful. I'm still hoping for a
revision of the spoiler policy here that will let most
listees be happy (or at least tolerate) spoilered discussion
here as soon as any material from the new work becomes
available to anyone. Current policy, as a reminder, says
that no discussion can happen prior to stuff becoming
"publicly available", which includes the first publication
or the posting of sample chapters on a Web site. And
spoilers must be marked in the subject line and by leaving
spoiler space for 2 months after the date of first
publication. ARCs don't count as "publicly available" under
the current policy.
