Q-snaps!  That's the term I wanted!  I always forget what they're called.
Now if only I could get extensions for my current one or obtain a 20cm one,
my life would be easier.  It's really strange going back to a hoop after
using one.

Some crossstitches, I (very occasionally) don't bother with a hoop, but for
something roughly A2 in size, I rather need it.
