Here's my accounting making Aral 2nd cousins with both his 1st wife and Ges,
who are siblings

Pierre L'S --> daughter --> Piotr --> Aral

Pierre L'S --> son (Count) --> son (Count) --> Ges

Pierre L'S --> son (Count) --> son (Count) --> Aral's first wife


Gregor, Miles, and Byerly are 3rd cousins:

Pierre L'S --> daughter (married Dorca) --> Yuri's sister --> Serg -->
Gregor

Pierre L'S --> daughter --> Piotr --> Aral --> Miles

Pierre L'S --> son --> son --> Ges's brother --> Byerly

Of course there are a few educated guesses here!

good call -- except he's not a descendant of Mad Yuri (who had no
offspring).  Aral's mother was the daughter of Yuri's half-brother Xav.  As
I understand it, Yuri's parents were Dorca and his wife, a daughter of old
Pierre L'S Vorrutyer, and Xav's parents were Dorca and some other woman (in
other words Xav was illegitimate, born before or while Dorca was married to
his first wife, though there is a word or two in canon suggesting that Dorca
might have married Xav's mother after his first wife died.)

Dorca --> Xav --> Olivia --> Aral --> Miles
