[LMB] Bujold groups at Yahoo

I have found it useful to add a spam filtering function to my email 
program configuration.

I run Eudora on Mac OS X with the trainable SpamSieve plugin and 
essentially all spam is filtered to a separate mailbox. I assume that 
similar facilities are available for other mail programs on other 
operating systems.
