with Audible... can you burn CDs with Audible?).
The other not-quite-so-legal way is to use QTFairUse, updated for the
latest versions of iTunes almost immediately. When people cracked DRM
for Windows, Microsoft sent updates so fast, it stopped working the
day after. (QTFairUse still works on iTunes 7.1.1, the latest
release). But I've use QTFairUse on all my purchases (2 albums, one
couple of years ago, another one a month ago).
The only DRM-free music store that has major labels (i.e., I know of
emusic et. al., and not going into the legality of AllOfMP3), would be
AnywhereCD. However, Warner music has objected to its songs being on
there. It's also a neat service in that you can buy a CD with your
album, so you can enjoy it now, and get the CD later.
