Ah.  More than I thought; I assumed it was about a 1tsp, but then, I like my
pizza bases fairly flat.

Teaspoons are pretty standard in NZ too.  1 tsp is about 5 ml and a tblsp is
15ml.

How do people manage with non-standard measuring spoons?
