Thanks! I shall endeavour to remember that, should I ever visit the US
again. Or Canada, for that matter.
Fortunately, we can buy it in bulk from the supermarket and one small jar of
yeast (130g) lasts about a month or so being used every day in the
breadmaker. And, you know, standard measuring spoons.
In baking, if I've made the recipe before, I don't always measure the
ingredients properly, but I have two sets of standard spoons to work from.
Flatmate made biscuits with melted chocolate as icing. I'm going to sample
these now.
