[LMB] OT: Chocolate Alert (FDA proposing debasing "chocolate"

I find for block chocolate readily available here in New Zealand, Whitikers
is actually pretty good.  I have an admitted weakness for their peanut
slabs, but they also do 72% cocoa dark bitter chocolate.  Last time it was
on special, we bought some to make hot chocolate out of.

They do lots more as well.  Cadburys is good, but I really like dark
chocolate.

And if you like specialty chocolates, there's despa and Schoc and the new
Butler's Chocolate Cafe (which just opened) and they do some very nice
things.
