According to Wikipedia...

It is still being serialised in Japan both as a comic and an
animated tv show.  Very few things get officially translated into
English while they are still running, but in my opinion many
fansubs are better translations.  (I'm sure someone will disagree
with me.  Somebody always does.  But official translations are
usually localised, which annoys me past reason, particularly when
the ages of characters are changed to comply with local mores and
you have someone who's "18 and in college!" running around in a
sailor suit talking like a 13 year old and behaving in a way that
would be completely idiotic in an adult, just because she's naked
at some point during the show.)
