Untrue. Docs to Go *will* display Palm "doc" files, which come as PDB
files. Older versions of Docs to Go converted Word and Excel files on
the desktop to a PDB format for use by Docs to Go. Current versions
support handling "native" Word and Excel files on a card. The
conversion to the internal form used by the programs is done on the
fly on the PDA, rather than on the desktop. I still use an older
version that converts on the desktop, because converted files are a
lot smaller and open *much* faster. The overhead of converting to
internal format on the device to view/edit, and convert *back* to save
changes mif you've made them is more than I care to deal with.
Also, note that CSpotRun is ancient, and has various issues on newer
OS5 devices.
