I have a huge issue there.... nerds come in multiple genders--male,
female, transgendered (I've know at least three people who were
programmers who worked for Digital Equipment who were transgendered, and
went from male to female including surgery). Gender-defining nerd=male
sets off my reactive armor defenses.... denying the existence of female
nerds, denies MY existence, after all....

were quite readable.
