Hello, Kait! Nice to see you on the list.

Yes, a fair number of us. Has there ever been a head count?

It's hard to say what's typical. I delete a lot of message unread, when they just don't interest
me. What tends to happen is that a person will raise a topic and it, or some ancillary point in
it, will be picked up on and used as fodder for discussion.

Sometimes these points are about the Bujold novels. Sometimes they are about ... other things.
Sometimes they are about other things in relation to Bujold novels.

Some of us are really happy when someone raises a Bujold topic, and it catches on.

Generally speaking, I'm more likely to comment to a comment about a Vorkosigan novel because I
like (and consequently know) them better than the fantasies. But a good discussion is a good
discussion and not to be sneezed at.

I loved that book. Really. Particularly liked Dag and Fawn as characters. Loved Fawn's situation
and her family. Loved the way she was introduced.

On the other hand, I wasn't particularly interested in the Malice.

As do I.

Of all the Bujold fantasies, I (so far) like "Th Sharing Knife: The Beguiling" by far the best.
