[LMB] Birthday Tixie general question

Hi everyone, especially the Birthday Tixie,
Just a general question.  How does one get onto the birthday list without publishing all details all over the place on the list?  Even though I am a cat person, the idea of the small and smaller dog pirouetting pixie dust all over NZ thrills me.
