[LMB] Lois' book recommendations

I read the post where Lois recommended some books by Jayne Ann Krentz 
and proceeded forthwith to amazon.com, looking for something in the 
way of a plot synopsis, or at least a blurb, but no such luck.  What 
is up with Amazon lately?  They seem to have greatly reduced, if not 
eliminated, most of their plot summaries [for books, & track listings 
for music].  If I can't find out about a product, how am I ever going 
to buy it from them?

I did go to the library's website & place holds on both books, just 
on Lois' say-so.  Of course, since Uncle Murphy loves me, book 2 will 
be available weeks ahead of book 1.  ;)
