	There isn't one -- there's no feedback from the standard PC speaker to
indicate a loss of function to the motherboard.  That's what Real Geeks
keep POST code cards for.

	(For those unaware of POST codes -- PC BIOSs produce fault codes
through the speaker, but also usually (used to?) made the codes
available on the system bus.  Reading the codes this way required
inserting a special card into one of the slots where you'd usually stick
your sound card or video card, and checking the LED display against the
BIOS manufacturer's documentation)
