Laisa is full-bodied -- pleasantly plump. Does that match the pic? I'm going from memory here, but Aunt Alys is talking to Miles about all the svelte High Vor beauties she's been fruitlessly throwing at Gregor, and muses that Laisa is like Gregor's mother in shape, and she should have realized that. (Hmm, that sounds Betan! Maybe it's Cordelia, not Alys...)

Red and blue is ImpSec parade dress. AFAIR we don't know what Gregor's dress colors are. They could be red and blue, or maybe something different. We do know that he came to Miles & Ekaterin's wedding as Count Vorbarra (and I think in the Vorbarra house dress) rather than as Emperor Gregor,  and was so announced, because as Emperor he couldn't have hugged his foster brother.

The paperback copy of ACC I have has a couple dancing. The man is tall
and dark-haired, the woman shorter and blonde. The man is in Barryaran
 red
and blue dress uniform: There are three other men in dress uniform lined up
to each side of them. The question that was asked of me was:  who were the
 couple
supposed to be?
My best guess was Gregor and Laisa.
