If you were in my neck of the woods, I'd take you shopping, as I have 
done for other women friends with the same quandry. I'm on the 
Madeline Albright scale of shape too, only likely shorter than you.

One friend of mine, taller than my not-short husband, has a well 
rounded belly as well.  We went to a Big & Tall mens store for her, 
looking for a tunic-length shirt, because women's shops were not 
likely to have any top long enough.
