[LMB] Different ACC covers

The art for the UK cover in question is well enough, but the central 
figure is blond.  Iirc, Miles, Ivan, & Gregor are all dark.  The 
figure's good-looking enough to be Ivan, I suppose, but far too 
blond.  Ivan is tall, dark, & handsome, like listie Dave Klecha.  [In 
fact, when I first met Dave, at ChiCon 2000, I ran up to him, yelled 
"Ivan!" & almost gave him a big hug on the spot.  Fortunately, I 
refrained; his future fiancee was nearby.   ;)]
