My nieces were also very fond o "Is Your Mama A Llama?"
by Deborah Guarino and Steven Kellogg.

Also the "sheep books" by Nancy E. Shaw and Margot Apple--
great rhymes and stories, and short. Sheep in a Jeep, Sheep
Out To Eat, Sheep in a Shop, Sheep on  a Ship, Sheep Take
A Hike, you get the idea.  I t hink Sheep in a Jeep was our
favorite.
