[LMB] *COLD*

Chicago reporting in: it has warmed up to above zero by day, but still below 
zero at night. The wind has dropped, so it's not -17 with the wind chill 
factor. We did get a *mere* 5 inches of the white stuff today, & traffic on 
the expressways was **horrible**, with a serveral-miles-long backup from a 
SUV skidding into a semi and a domino-effect accident, at least two dozen 
cars, 5 more semis & a bus, but no serious injuries. Everyone except the bus 
passengers were wearing seat belts.
