[LMB] *Cold*

Northern Massachusetts here.  It's downright balmy by your standards with
highs in the 20s and lows around 5.  Cold enough for the rat room pipes to
freeze, but not *that* cold.  It feels that cold when the wind picks up,
though.

So far they've found one homeless man frozen to death in Boston.  And a 2
year old boy slipped out of the house, clothed but barefoot, looking for his
dog.  The dog went and got the boy's father and led father to the boy, who
has a little bit of frostbite but will be OK.
