That one looks just fine to me, in Thunderbird. Not all email clients 
will interpret iso-8859-1 as true plaintext, however; it's 8-bit as 
opposed to 7-bit. It's a "legacy HTML" standard.

Come to think of it, I'm not sure what Thunderbird sends as plaintext 
... I'll have to check!
