[LMB] Martya and Enrique

Hi folk,
The Enrique-Martya "pairing"  makes good sense.  Accelerating the growth of
the current Vorkosigan provincial capital through the industry/ies  their
skills will bring in.  Besides, I definitely think Martya has more than her
head in this relationship.
However, lets just see what sort of role Cordelia could play in all this
