I *seriously* doubt it.

I've heard of about twenty cases of rape where the
woman went through the pregnancy, gave the baby up for
adoption immediately after birth and never actively
sought the child again, and only one where the rapine
kept the child.

When adopted children go looking for their birth
parents, I have only ever seen or heard of them
looking for their *mothers* (I imagine that they feel
that if they want to know of their fathers, their
mother can tell them where to start looking).  So when
these children hear that they're children of rape from
their birth mothers, I don't think they'll want to
know anything more of their fathers.  Certainly the
adoptees in all of the case studies I've read didn't.
