I weighed about 120 in the late 60's (34 C). I wore a size 10-12. Can
you wonder why I find this confusing?
M:
Not a bit. I weighed around 130 at that time, and was 5'8" and 32DDD. I
wore a size 12 top when I could find one with long enough sleeves, and an 8 or
10 skirt. I made a lot of my clothes, working with a "basic" pattern that I
had altered in advance, but which had started out as a size 12. My
"granddaughter" wears a 6 or 8 and is 5'10", and can't even begin to get into my old
things. Confusing doesn't adequately describe it.
