Actually Amazon sometimes sends some of the SuperSaver books early at no
extra charge. Can't work out the trigger though. Possibities include the
book being in stock but might be out in the future and that the cost to
Amazon might be less (and they get paid earlier) if they dispatch in two
tranches.
