I'm after a second one, because I've got family in two other states who are
also avid LMB readers, and they in turn have friends...

And, by the way, WOW.  My daughter and I had exactly the same reaction --
HOW long do we have to wait for WGW???

*** May (or so) 2008.  It's finished in first draft and on the editor's 
desk.  Sometime in the middle of this year it will come back to haunt me 
for a while, for line edit, doubtless at some inconvenient moment.  The 
fourth and (for the moment) final is in progress, somewhat impeded -- I 
think I'll do a January report in a separate post, to go on news & chat.

And, thank you for the reaction!  Tell the world!  (Tell me!)   Part 2 
of this book needs some buzz, since so many readers appeared to be 
nonplussed by Part 1.  (I really shouldn't read Amazon reviews...  but I 
knew that already.  Vices, secret.) 

I am at least as anxious for it to be read as the most diehard Bujold 
fan is to read it.  Closure.  Must... have... closure...
