     A review written before I get the MS, based on stuff in my own
head, could be considered spoiler-free, right? I mean, the odds that it
would overlap with anything in the book seem low.

     Probably best not to indulge this whim, even though I really like
the part where they find a shattered Statue of Liberty.

People who've actually read it, of which there are going to start to be 
a few around, must, er, deal with their own consciences.  But that's 
what the spoiler space is for.

Oh -- yes, I understand about the SFBC chain of command.  I was more or 
less addressing the ambient air, there.   I also faunch, someday, after 
a trade paperback omnibus volume from my regular publisher, once the 
book had had its day in the marketplace in other more lucrative formats, 
but that's looking years ahead.
