*** Huh.  You're right about that.  In which case I would expect it to 
roughly resemble the _Miles Errant_ trade paperback, which was indeed a 
nice book.  And which was $15 several years back, so the $18 isn't out 
of line for an inflation-driven price hike.

    Well, now we have dueling informed sources.  Internal evidence is 
not helpful.  I may have to wait and see what comes out of the 
traditional box from the printer, come July or so...
