[LMB] Bujold book reference in mystery novel

I was recently reading the mystery novel _A Grave Denied_ by Dana 
Stabenow. A few chapters in, the adopted son of heroine Kate Shugak 
decides to find a safe camping place temporarily. Of course he takes along 
a book -- in this case _A Civil Campaign_.

Good mystery, BTW. Stabenow tends to recommend books in her novels, often SF.
