[LMB] ADMIN: server swap imminent

Hi folks,

I need to do some server swapping -- the physical server on which this
list (and others) resides has become a bit unstable of late, and thus I
need to move it across to another one.

[boring techie bit, skip this if not interested]

-- unlike the last time I had occasion to swap servers, this is actually
going to change the IP address to which lists.herald.co.uk points, so it
may take a few hours for people's ISPs to catch up

-- those of you who do any filtering or sorting on the host from which
the mail comes will be wanting to update this to look for 
outbound.herald.co.uk
instead of, or as well as, lists.herald.co.uk. (I do not recommend this,
by the way. There are other headers that you can more effectively sort
on.)

What you guys will see is:

- mail stops being accepted by old server

- pause

- mail starts flowing from new server

... the question being how long that "pause" is. I'm hoping for not more
than a few hours (I figured I'd schedule this for today since the US
side of things is likely to be quiet ;))

I'll post again to tell you that closedown is imminent, and when things
should be back to normal.
