Thanks, all. You're all wonderful, and I shall now go try the suggestions 
one by one and see what I can do to get rid of the Border from H3ll.

Tzivia?  I was basically just forestalling a response that I should have 
known better than to think I'd get here ("ye gods, why are you using Word, 
use this, instead!").  And I should have known.  Of course, there's a Word 
instructor on this list.  We have at least one of everything else here, so 
why not that, too?

Mostly I actually *like* Word.  It -- normally -- does what I want it to.
