1.  Taura -- just in general -- the more Taura the better, IMHO, and I mean 
that literarily, not literally
2. the adventures of Harra and Lem in the Big City
3. If Sergeant Murka hadn't gotten himself killed, blast it
4. Did Arde ever find himself a pair of Necklin rods?
5.  Kai Tung's memoirs -- although I suspect the infodumping might have been 
a bit massive for my taste

The following doesn't count as a minor character obviously, but I have to 
say I am desperately disappointed that we aren't going to get The Further 
Adventures of Ista -- the end of Paladin had a setup for more plots almost 
as good as the one Miles got at the end of Memory.
