That doesn't follow.  Systems of measurement are not consumer goods.

I mean hectometers.  Look up the meaning of hecto-.

Contrary to the belief of billions (apparently), the "metric" system is 
just as arbitrary as any.  Besides, I reserve the right to be as 
eccentric as I want to be.  I (by myself) am right and all those 
billions are wrong!
