Yes, but -- if they're like the ones on my library's website they're 
covered by a nasty DRM software that must be downloaded onto your 
computer, and may do Lord Knows What.

And they only support certain versions of Windows. Not Macs, not 
Linux/Unix/BSD.

Very frustrating.
