Ephraim Ellis is 5'4", and a snarky little thing with a sweet
face and an evil sense of humour who possesses the acting ability
to go from 0 to psycho in 10 seconds or less--he did it playing
the abusive boyfriend Rick on Degrassi.  He's a really good actor
but he keeps getting stuck as the sidekick or the bad guy on teen
soaps.

(For anyone who reads Lightning War, he's the actor in all
Endymion Dashwood's icons.)
