[LMB] ARC lights

Just a reminder, all you _Legacy_ ARC readers who promised to buzz about
the books suitably all over the Internet (12 known, plus any volunteers
very welcome), it is now past time.

While some spoiler-sensitivity is good, when it starts to stifle
discourse, it's bad. So don't be so inhibited as to become mute.

Attaching the sample chapters links to all references to the books seems
to me a *really* useful notion.

For _Legacy_:

And for _Beguilement_:

My editor sent me a very excited e-mail, after the samples went up, when
HarperCollins' own website hit counter put _Legacy_ at the top of their
list (and won a front-webpage placement) for a day. Whether this has
anything to do with ultimate book sales is hard to say, but I do like to
gratify my editor. She works hard, including nights and weekends (she's
supposed to be devoting this weekend to editing Vol. #3, in point of
fact. What, you didn't think editors had time to actually edit on
*company* time, did you?)

Any suggestions from other listees about where to _place_ one's buzz
would be very welcome, as not everyone who had a shot at an ARC has a
website or blog. Amazon US gets enough reviews, but I notice Chapters
in Canada seems under-supplied, as does Amazon UK. There are other
places besides various bookseller sites for public reviews -- I don't
know if e-opinions, for example, is public or private. But anyway,
anyone with more clever ideas or tips, please trot them out. Anyone who
wants to volunteer to *share* a bit of their blogspace with a
guest-reviewer, ferex. A delicate dance, as one also wants to avoid
offensive spamming in inappropriate venues; use judgment. It's supposed
to be a conversation, after all.

Ta, L. (Between scenes this morning, can't you tell? Of Ch. 20; which
is likely as far as I'll get for a time.)
