The vast majority of those that I found were at Italic & Bold tags - I
did an awful lot of clean-up just by searching for "</span>" and
replacing it with "</span> ", "<span class="italic">" and replacing it
with " <span class="italic">", ditto for bold (looks like bold is
rarely used in TSK except in places where the spacing works out right
anyway), and then searching for "{two spaces}" and replacing it with
"{one space}", then searching for "</span> </span>" and replacing it
with "</span></span>".

I admit, after the above search & replaces I still had some manual
clean-up to do - since I was reading the HTML version on a PC, I had
the HTML file open in two programs simultaneously (Firefox and
Wordpad), and fixed as I went along.
What I want now is a map larger than 302x482 - at least 604x964,
preferably 906x1446.
