I'm sure it's not a Powerpoint presentation, but it looks like something you
could do easily in Powerpoint.  I'm not sure you couldn't do it in
ImageReady--but it'd be an unghodly huge file.  It's Flash, of course, which is
not something that I have the software to make, but I'm sure you could do this
if you had the right tools.

As someone who does a fair amount of presentations, avatars, banners and other
amateur internet graphics, I'd gently suggest that Zapf Chancery or Monotype
Corsiva (whichever one of those fonts that is--they look so alike that the
differences are very subtle) doesn't look particularly good in all caps.  When
I'm doing text in either of those fonts and I want to include a word in all
caps, I use something along the lines of Palatino Linotype for just that one word.
