Fannie Farmer Cookbook, aka Boston Cooking School cookbook

My grandmother used an early edition. My mom used a 1960's edition. I
use a 1980's edition and a reprint of the 1896 edition <http://
www.amazon.com/Boston-Cooking-School-Cookbook-Fannie-Merritt/dp/
