[LMB] 2 questions, one Vorkosigan, one list-related

1. Are Vorkosigan Surleau and Vorkosigan Sousleau two distinct places?
somewhere in Cordelia's Honor, I'm pretty sure there's talk of the villagers
wanting to rename a place "Vorkosigan Sousleau" in Aral's honor. But
afterwards, I see a lot of references to Surleau. Did the villagers change
their minds, or are their two geographically distinct locations, named in
reference to their position relative to the lake?

2. And, I've had a lot of trouble trying to post to the listserv, waiting an
entire day with my emails never displaying or showing any sign of having
been received. (I count four attempts now, and would be somewhat amused if
they someday randomly surface.) I've created a new email account with
another provider, just to see if that works any better. Has anyone had
trouble of this kind in getting emails to post?
