[LMB] 2 questions, one Vorkosigan, one list-related

Seems to me Vorkosigan Sousleau was a joke, "Vorkosigan underwater" as 
opposed to just below the lake geographically. But I don't have a clear 
memory of the context. Vorkosigan Surleau, "Vorkosigan on the 
waterfront" is definitely the name of the town.
