Hmmmmm... must have been an Asimov story in it, else I wouldn't 
associate the two in my head.  It's good to be corrected, because now it 
makes me want to try and find the book, and see if I remember anything 
correctly.  But, I doubt it is in print, and most of the copies were 
library books, I think.  This may be a tough one...
