generic gifts are bad, match their interests is good.
no indication of sender but they could figure it out, good.
people who know you and not to complete strangers, good.

behold, an anon. gift that is actually romantic!

all it takes is a whole lot of effort to appreciate the recipients, which 
stalkers tend not to do.
