With very few exceptions -- Ranma 1/2 and Tenchi Muyo OAVs -- dubbing
is _always_ dire, in my experience.

I'm glad that you swapped to subtitles and were not put off by the dub
alone! Those two movies are really fun.
(The first one, I recall going "Oh bad! oh clever! oh bad!" in short
succession, bouncing around on my seat...)

(Abe no Seimei has shown up in some of my games as an NPC, too. I find that
actor rather... foxy.)


I see there is more anime out there I need to try to find... Hmmm.
