Oh, a good one.  Some people have written good coming of age books as the
innocent goes to the military academy.  I loved Heinlein's Space Cadet and
I've liked some other space academy books.

But the thought of Helen Natalia let loose on the all male Barrayaran
military academy!  The mind boggles!

I distinctly remember Aral Alexander being "born" first.  As first born as
well as being (old tradition) male, did he (or will he) 'abdicate'?  (I was
a bit disappointed that Helen Natalia wasn't hatched first to increase the
opportunity to tweak the Old Vor.)
