Er--_that_ heir was supposed to be Gregor and Laisa's first child.   I'm sure 
they'd have one right away, and undoubtedly a boy,  but he isn't ever 
mentioned that I could recall.  If he's named  traditionally, I suppose they'd call 
him whatever Laisa's father's  name is to avoid calling him Serg.  (In the 
debates about Gregor not being  traditionally named, I've always just thought his 
name must be Ezar Gregor, and  he was called Gregor to distinguish him from 
his grandfather.)
