[LMB] ADMIN: have had to turn on personalised footers, possibly temporarily

Morning folks,

Given that someone appears still to be reporting the list as spam to 
AOL, and that AOL's reports to me don't include the email address to 
which the messages were originally sent (most unhelpfully), I'm 
temporarily turning on some "personalisation" code which will mean that 
those of you who are not on the digest will see the address where you're 
subscribed to the list showing up in the footer. So instead of saying 
just "Lois Bujold mailing list", it _should_ now say "Lois Bujold 
mailing list: you are subscribed as mel at herald.co.uk" (for example).

I'm not hugely keen to keep this enabled long-term since it's going to 
slow mail delivery down (because everyone's message is now slightly 
different, the system can't batch-process them as effectively) -- 
however, this is about the best chance I have of finding the muppet who 
can't read instructions and, who knows, perhaps it might be useful for 
the rest of you.
