[LMB] ADMIN: right, found the AOL member concerned

Hi folks,

Just to advise that I have now ascertained which AOL member was 
incapable of reading instructions about how to remove oneself from the 
list -- someone who only joined on 27th October, sigh, and would have 
received at least one reminder about that at the beginning of 
November.

Anyhow. They're unsubscribed, and those of you who are AOL members 
_shouldn't_ have to worry about the list winding up in the spam bucket 
any time soon. I hope. I've removed the part of the footer including 
your own address again, too (though this may make a reappearance in the 
future if I need to track down a similar issue).
