Zoe, thank you for sharing all that.  It must be a nuisance to have to keep
explaining, but it sounds like life is turning itself the right way up for
you at last.  And thank goodness for a decent employer like ANU, which
allows you to be open about your situation in the knowledge that you will
help others who are just working out what their life and choices should be
like.  And you're right, reading Lois' books is a big help.
